A bicycle owner was hit and killed Thursday by a racing automobile driver in a purple SUV on Kimberly Highway and Davenport Avenue, close to Runge Mortuary and Crematory.
Davenport police mentioned Alex Marietta, 40, from Geneseo, was biking south on Davenport Avenue at 3:02 pm when he was hit by a purple Chevrolet Tahoe that did not cease at a purple gentle whereas touring. heading west on Kimberly Highway.
