MADISON, Wisconsin – An Illinois man died over the weekend after collaborating in a swimming competitors in Lake Monona.

In accordance with the Dane County Coroner’s Workplace, the 51-year-old needed to be faraway from the water, for an unspecified cause, throughout the Big Swell swimming competition on Saturday. He was taken to an area hospital the place he later died.

The coroner recognized the person as Michael J. Hahn of Rochelle, Illinois.
