MINNEAPOLI (WCCO) – Crews continued to look on Tuesday for a boy who went lacking Monday within the Mississippi River close to St. Paul.
The analysis is centered in Hidden Falls Regional Park, simply north of Minneapolis-St. Paolo Worldwide Airport.
Relations recognized the boy as Ashok Pradhan, 12, of St. Paul. They are saying he was enjoying along with his father and sister within the water late Monday afternoon when the river present swept him away. The household says the boy cannot swim.
Rescue groups from Hennepin, Dakota and Ramsey counties spent the morning trying to find the river on Tuesday. Additionally on Monday, the groups labored late into the night time.
Ashok is the youngest of six siblings. His older brother, Arjun, flew in from Richmond, Virginia to be by his household’s facet because the search continues.
“We miss our brother very a lot,” Arjun stated. “Nevertheless, I’ve the hope that the Lord will give it again to us.”
