Teenagers accused of stealing weapons from the Saginaw Twp store plead guilty

The three teenagers who had been charged for his or her alleged roles in Showtime Weapons and Ammo’s gun theft in Saginaw Township in 2019 have pleaded responsible to a number of offenses.

Remy Delgado, Travontis Miller and Preston O’Leary pleaded responsible to 15 counts for his or her alleged roles within the theft of roughly 50 weapons on August 2, 2019, together with: raiding a constructing with intent to commit theft, conspiracy to break-in, theft of firearms, conspiracy for the aim of the theft of firearms, crime of firearms and receiving and concealing stolen firearms.

All three teenagers initially pleaded not responsible earlier than a plea deal was reached on Thursday, June 10, 2021.

Their sentence is scheduled for July 28 at 3pm
